its your overheat exhaust system warning light. means that your exhaust is overheating due to a possible restriction. that or it could be a malfunctioning sensor. do a search on this, it seems to be a problem that occurs every now and again. there was just a thread on this about a week ago.

thank's for the info what sensor can it be ?... i dont have stock exhaust system i got rb header no cat and borla muffler thank's

Since you did not list the year of car, I am guessing if you pull out your passenger seat there is a temperature senor mounted the floor pan. Latest years had a probe actually going down into the stock exhaust.

you're kidding right? these cars have an exhaust overheat warning?

wow.. i dont know of ANY cars that have that..

they do have the sensor, pretty cool, huh? the sensor is mounted to the floor under the passenger seat. pull the carpet up and look for the connector and the grommet. the sensor is probably going nuts because of the aftermarket exhaust.

I've never seen a car that didn't have a exhaust temp warning.

Why? I thought without a cat and a fast flow exhaust system the temp would be less.

My Legend did not, my 'Stang did not, my MR2 did not, my dad's Sunfire did not, my friends VW Jetta does not . . .

My 7 does

It really isnt that common :O
