old rotary brochure and original RX-7 road test (PICTURES)

I picked up an old rotary brochure along with an RX-7 original road test a couple weeks ago at the kit car show in PA. Thought Id share it with you guys, since I thought it was pretty cool. I think the pictures will be high enough quality to read the print. If its not I could type it out for everyone cause its pretty cool to read how mazda explains the workings of a rotary.

Im not posting the pictures inside the thread cause their huge. But you can get them below:

Id like to see if i can get ahold of a scanner and get some high res images up here. the glare makes it kind of hard to read some parts.

Wow, thanks a lot for sharing this with us. I only wish I could read the whole thing but half the text is just to small and blurry in the road test, and you seem to be missing half the pages!

the other halfs on the opposite sides, lol.

BTW, I will be more then happy to do a high res scan of the road test and post it on my site. In fact i may be able to use a friends scanner either tonight or tommorow but i dont know how i could scan that brochure since its so big.

High Res Images

Alright, so i scanned the road test and also scanned the poster in 4 sections and put it together. It looks pretty decent IMO. Anyways, in order for you to be able to read the text the file size is huge. The 6 pages of road test and the two posters add up to around 20mb. So if you want to see the images please download them from the site, and then just look at them on your hard drive. I do not have enough transfer space on my server to have everyone look at these pictures a bunch of times.

Which brings me to my next point. If someone else has a server w/ unlimited transfer space and you feel like hosting the files, it would be greatly appreciated.

So without further adue:

Heres the Car and Driver road test:
