Old parts Rx7 gone
Some guys just came and picked up my old rx7 parts car. It felt bad to let it go. It was the first rotary in the family, but now its rusted out, no motor. or anything really, just a shell. Just felt sad when we had to let her go this morning. Oh well I guess Its time to move on. Just got new wheels for my car, I will post pics later on.

Ah yes, it's always hard to let one go.
I still find myself lurking around the house that my first RX sits at (no longer running) and thinking crazy thoughts of buying her back and swapping in a T2 motor.
But it is amazing how light FBs are once their completly gutted out isn't it.
Life goes on man (even though it seems like a cruel world now)
Lets see these new wheels!!

Yeah, its wierd. My dads 79 went about 2 months ago. It still ran, but was rusting badly. He was the only owner, and that car is the reason i love rx7's so much. Kinda wish i had enough money to of restore it, but i guess thats the way the cookie crumbles.

My dad loaned money to a friend in 97 for him to buy a bad engine 83. They swaped in a motor and the friend drove it for a long time. in 02 I bought the car and poped the motor. Put another one in a drove it a while. Just sold it Jan of 04. It was really sad to see it go. But I had a 79 so I needed to move the 83 on.
