Oil pressure/Seal

What are signs of a sticking seal? This sunday sitting at stop light the car died on me cause it kept missing and the idle was fluctuating so i got pissed turned it back on when the light turned green i lit it up to 6k in first and 5k in 2nd. Since then the car has been actually idling at 750rpm like it supposed to instead of 1,100. Also my oil pressure at idle or with slight throttle is at 60psi before it was like 50 or 40. How high is too high ? I know your not supposed to even move the engine if it has 0psi did i blow some carbon out or what?

do you take it up to 6-7k regularly?
if not you should.
try adding some marvel mystery oil to your gas next time you fill up.

no i figured i would screw something up if i did that. I shift at 4k in every gear is this not enough to keep carbon out? Anyways My dad is against MMO or any additives.. When u add it do you put about 8oz( like for premixing) in or the whole bottle?

60 psi is high if the idle is at 750 rpm. Depending on the miles you drive, and where, run it though 1-2-3 at 6-7k once a week or so.

rotarys need to be driven hard to keep all your seals loose and to push out carbon build up. i use 1/2 oz MMO per gallon of gas along with the omp. MMO is made to burn so it wont leave carbon build up like oil does.
rev that **** up and have fun driving your sports car!!!!

If your mop is functional, no more than 1/2 oz/gal. Too much premix can lead to excessive smoking, fouled plugs and diminished performance.
