oil milage....

how much oil should my gls-se engine burn? anyone done this/ recorded it?

lol, the name of this thread sounds like my honda....

It cost me more to put 2 Litres of oil in the car every week than the 30L of gas every OTHER week

yea...has anyone actually gotten around to seeing how much oil gets burnt in how many kms/miles?

Mine burns approx 1qt per 3000 miles

Mine seems to use 1L per oil change (every 3 mounths). It is not too significant. Oil loss is normal with the rotory engin.

Yeah, the engine is designed to use oil. Injects through the carb if I'm correct.

I usually have to put in a bottle once every oil change. (3 months)
