oil filler tube

ok so my oil filler tube has sut in it. (car sat for 2 years) I know you just pull and twist to get it off.

1. Whats a good way to clean it up?

2. I can't remember do theses things have an o-rign for the tube or just put it back in the plate?

3 is my engine pretty much screwed now? the oil on dipstick is clean and shows no signs of rus on that or any metal.

Thanks for the input.
Ron

Just wipe it with a rag and change your oil at normal intervals.

If it's rust, then you'll need to pay attention to your PCV system.

take off your exhaust manifold and look in there if you can see rust in there too then you have a problem
