no acceleration after warm

My dad got a hold of an automatic almost completely stock gsl. It was running fine until about a week ago when he vacuumed some acorns off of the engine. Now it runs and drives fine while the engine is cold, but after it warms up, it won't accelerate when you push the gas pedal. it pretty much does nothing. Any ideas from you awesome peoples?

I was thinking fuel delivery. a clogged cat or compression issues wouldn't start out of no where just from vacuuming the rats nest area. I have been looking for something loose in that area such as a hose or wire, but haven't found anything. Can you guys think of anything that may have been knocked loose? or maybe it messed up one of the solenoids?

Do you have the choke activated when it is cold, running fine and the choke off when it is warm with no power? If so you might have a vacuum line disconnected. I think the the auto cars have a vacuum line running to the transmission. I know my Cosmo auto had one before I swapped it for a five speed.

Its something simple that got knocked loose while cleaning off the acorns. Check all your vacuum
hoses and cables connections. Since it runs fine with the choke on, I would start around there
and see whats up.

The vacuum to the tranny controls shifting, like down shifting when you mash the fun pedal.
