Any one have another black housing they can send me?
What is that for? It's been off the whole time I have had it once plugged back in engine sounds perfect.

change i72 to www
If I cut-and-paste this link into another IE windows it works.

That part is a vacuum solenoid for the emissions. You can try to super glue it back or find them in the forsale section. Those are easy to break because they get brittle from the heat. If the lines are hard, silicon line works good.

Yes, bad gas mileage as well as non-optimal engine performance. That's your vacuum leak that was predicted early on.
Keep looking, there may be more vacuum leaks.
You might want to spray everything down with some kind of aerosol and listen for changes in engine pitch, that would indicate the location of a leak.
The solenoids are easily available, probably a local junk yard or put up a wanted note in the parts section or email me your mailing address.
Buying one new will prove shockingly expensive, if you can even find one.
