a new hood

well my hodd has bullet holes in it, i was wondering if anyone on here has any spare hoods or anything for a 81??? any one in the So CA area thanks

Theres a lot of them around here with complete front ends, but you aint gonna want to ship a hood, it WONT be cheap try the JY's around you

quick question ??
i heard that the stock hood was either steel or aluminum what cars came with an aluminum hood i thought it was only the turbo2

Yes, but not all TII's. I am not sure, but I think the aluminum hoods were aftermarket. Again, I am not sure of that part.

my dad's 87 n/a has a aluminum hood stock.

same question.. bullet holes? didnt that damage and major engine parts?

WRONG, most late 88 up hoods are aluminum

Victoria British has new hoods for ~ $145 + $80 S+H

haha i have no idea why theres bullet holes on the hood, there seem to be no damage to the engine or anything works fine runs great only 40k miles on it i just got my 7 earlier this month. i heard the last owner went to jail or something i dunno
