Yea Mon!

My guess is that from the paint scheme the hood scoop is not functional? The other than having a modern mazda symbol that tint job is nice.

Paint it, remove the wing and hoodscoop, and take off all the horrible stickers, and you got yourself a nice FB.

what he said and forget about the V8. you'll find 3 types of people here:
A: guys who would never disrespect the rotary powered 7 by disgracing it with any other engine. -ENTHUSIAST
B: the people who love the 7 but just cant stand the rotary, thus alternate engines are their thing, with of course a beautiful sexy sleek body that Jessica Alba herself would lust over. -MONSTER GARAGE
C- the people who really dont care and would take you under their wing because you have a 7 and they want to help because you're part of the cult. -BIG BROTHER
trust me you'll find your niche here. welcome to our nightmare!!!!!!

Sorry, but that's a fugly car. The only thing that could make it worse is a V8...

Just my $0.02.

I think a novelty horn that plays Mexican tunes would be more fitting =P

Personally, I don't like V-8 swaps since it defeats the purpose of why the car was designed in the first place (to build an all new sports car around the rotary engine that would put Mazda on the map). But whatever you choose to do is cool because it's still an RX-7. Welcome to the board!

lol, can you feel the love? Welcome to the forum bro. I'd have to say though, if it was ever possible to walk into a party and say all the wrong things within the first 60 seconds, you nailed it on the head. We just need to guide your education a bit here...

You know what, guys? It's his car. If he wants to throw a V-8 into it, he can. Don't like it? Too bad. If I want to take the 12A out of my car and put a Hyundai engine into it, I will.

There is no rule book that says you must have a rotary. Deal with it.

You are correct...but I (we) also have the right to express the opinion that I think it's a mistake to put a V8 in an RX-7. What sets the 7 apart from other sports cars is the rotary engine. My personal opinion is that it is no longer an RX-7 after you've put a V8 in it. Nobody is saying he (or you) cannot do it...just expressing opinions.

the paint is freakin horrible i know, im painting it as soon as i get cash, either mazda championship blue, or the skyline blue.
