Need help to ID carburetor piece (1985)

Can anyone help me identify what the highlighted piece is (DV) ? Just took it apart and realized that was missing. It would be great if you can give the name of the part or maybe where I can buy a replacement. Thank you!

Is this for a GSL-SE? Cause that don't look like a nikki carburator in the picture.
