Need help with appraisal.

So I can’t afford to store my car anymore and have to sell it but don’t know how much to list it for so I need help. Exterior is in good shape except for the dirt and missing antenna. Interior is in decent shape and currently doesn’t run but did run before I parked it. I’ve seen 1 fb for sale around me that has been sitting for 4 years, doesn’t run and looks like it’s in worst condition than mine and it’s listed for $1800. I’ve 1 other listed for $1500 and that one looked bad and didn’t even have an engine. What price should I list my car at?

1-1.5K sounds about right these days. A few years ago it would have been a sub 1K car.

i agree. while it looks decent, it's a rotary that doesn't run and hasn't run in who knows how many yrs. i saw one on FB pretty local to me. looked horrible, doesn't/hasn't run in 4 yrs and asking 5k. he's crazy to think he could get 5k for what looked like might only be a parts car.

Crawl under the car and drain the gas tank. Then fill it up with fresh gas. It may just start up. That would raise the price considerably.

Just cleaning it up and get it running will get you a lot more money and interest. Right now it looks nasty and it doesn't run. Definition of a parts car.

I see you have the sought after paint color "Muck Green"

I agree that if you can get it to start, that would pay dividends. I also have been in the spot where there is no cash and your cards been dealt. I had an 81 that I lost to similar circumstances
