I NEED HELP WITH MY MOTOR!! my carb is out of adjust and getting around 125ml to a tank lagging power on takeoff any ideas , also leaking oil around oil cooler think it is a set of o-rings but how do I take it off and where can I get peformance parts

 

Lowe Performance has the o-rings.
I believe Mazdatrix does too.

As for the rest of your problems, I can't understand exactly what you're saying =)
(maybe someone else can?)

It is the stock (nikki) carb, right?

 

rebuild it, readjust it.

At best your carb is 18 yrs old or more, so are the internals and gaskets.
Think about it.
