My solution for mounting power window relays.

Thought I would share my solution to mount power window relays. the picture outlines most things, but there are two pieces of aluminum angle. One you can see, the other aluminum angle has relay socket bases are attached . the two sections are mated together. I am using 3M VHB double stick tape, which should be fine for this application.

Nice. Is that a good location for grabbing the stock wiring or are you working with your own loom built for the car?

Unrelated, but is there a reason your Haltech fuse box is mounted there instead of under the original kick panel? I found it just barely fits underneath, in the factory ECM location

I reworked the original harness . When installed I had a lead (black with blue stripe if I recall) coming from the fuse box. The electrical is from an 83 and chassis is a 80. I was coming considering using the circuit for an amp, but I found the needed power window regulators. I built my own power window harness.

I also used SA power antenna switches to keep things matching with the rest of the S1 sharp and blocky switch design. I had a beat up surround I scavenged the switch mount from and replaced the coin holder using plastic bonding agent and epoxy.

mid you are referring to under the carpet on the passenger side, only the GSLSE had that bracket. Even though I removed a considerable amount from the oem harness, it is still quite cluttered and cramped under the drivers side. I found mounting the fuse/relay panel at this location to be easy to work with. The ecu and wideband is mounted in the glove box.
