Complete new window regulators are available from Mazdatrix (86-92 Door and Window Parts), but are quite expensive.

You might want to look into this power window circuit mod:

could be that the motors are okay. The stock circuit is notorious for weak current flow to the window motors making them move very slowly. This relay circuit does the trick.
