O.S. Engines makes a single-rotor airplane engine with a .3 cid (5 cc) displacement. Runs on methanol ("glo-fuel") with about 20% oil and 5% nitromethane. Not cheap at around $200, maybe a little more. A comparable piston engine runs about $50-$100, so the rotary isn't too popular.
