i have a se complete rear end that i have been hoarding for a while. i was gona hook my buddy up with it but i want to keep the 4.11's. i pulled a pumpkin out of an 84 gsl, and it looks like the 82 pumpkin i have except for the driveshaft flanges are different. the 84 pumpkin and the se have the same flange for the drive shaft but it looks like the se pumpkin is more offset. i thought that all 84/85 pumpkins were the same externally. the 2 i have are definitly different. the car i pulled the pumpkin out was built 12/83. title was in the glovebox,it said 84 and it had the 84 interior. will post pics tonight. any thoughts or info would be helpful. thanks.
