My new set up on the turbo FB

Did away with the blowthrough set up and converted to FI, upraded to a BNR stage 2 and added a front mount ic. Just got it started so more tuning to come.

Thanks, Ed

Looks nice -- very clean! I think I can see a side mount alternator peeking out down there. Which kit did you use -- or did you make your own?

Thanks for the compliment guys! I used the pineapple kit to relocate the alt. As far as injectors, I run 4 of them, 2 on the primaries and two for the secondaries. Right now which is in the tuning process I have 550's on all 4 ports. Once all the bugs are worked out I'll be putting 1000's across the board and installing the surgetank.

Thanks, Ed

Heres a couple shots of my intake courtesy of my friends at monsterturbo.com
Notice the velocity stacks inside the plenum.

Thanks, Ed

That is one sweet setup.
I would like to archive this when people are done viewing and responding.
What like more details about the swap for future reference.

Great job there!

What kind of blowthru setup were you running?
Holley or Weber?
Do you think this setup will produce more HP?
Sorry for all the questions BUT my project is coming to completion and I was contemplating whether I should stay with my blowthru Weber or switch to a throttle body setup with an F9 fuel only computer.

Joe, yeah man! This is still the same motor. It still has less then 400 miles on it not even broken in yet. LOL! I'll be contacting you when I'm ready for you to put a bridgeport together.

I was running a blow through set up with a weber 48. It was a nice and simple set up. In my opinion the weber set up is easier to get going and set up specially when you start with a non efi car. Although once the efi is tuned it should also have its upside(= more boost).

Thanks, Ed
