a radiator shop should be able to test it or just do it yourself

any radiator shop would be able to pressurize and hot tank it if need be. otherwise you could go to the hardware store and grab a two rubber couplings and two pvc caps and thread a quick connect fitting in one of the caps to pressurize the IC.

You can straighten the fins yourself with a pair of tweezers and some time. It will never be perfect but you can make it very close.

Good luck.

Yea,getting it all straight is just something you need to sit down in front of the TV for an hour and do yourself.A fin brush might get some of it,but that doesnt look bad at all,and its pointless to pay someone to do it.

Find someone who sonic cleans oil coolers and such. Itll come back crystal clean and ready to go.IC's regularly get oil and blowby in them, similar to the sludge that builds up in oil coolers.....its a little different than the scale and corrosion that coolant radiators tend to have in them.
