becasue every time i try to start my car the engine wont turn over or make that clicky sound

I'd start by checking the battery cable connections, if it were me.

if the battery connections are fine then check the starter...they seemt o enjoy failing almost as much as the idle compensater

My bet would be the battery is in its final resting place. Head to autozone,wal-mart,advanced auto, or oriellys and get the battery tested.
