Actually I saw a LOT of RB mufflers at SS8(mine included).A few of the old schools were even breathing their bridgeports through them.

Screw RB. Either get a generously sized magnaflow or get one of those E-bay universals and stuff the silencer in it that comes with it. Trust me, the silencers work.

hehehe, magnaflow will work, but its still damn loud. however spend money on a magnaflow or RB now or burn out other mufflers month after month.

Does you car drone a lot? I've been wondering about this as I know flowmasters drone heavily on just about any engine. Makes you wonder why anyone likes them. Also, what about the tinny sound chamber mufflers tend to create?

As for magnaflow making a system for our cars, they dont. Its all custom. Using a magnaflow is just about the best alternative to a RB muffler you can get. It will last a long time because of the stainless steel construction and packing, and they tend to be the quietest mufflers out there for being a straight through design. I've got a magnaflow on my Thunderbird, and besides the exhaust leak and a few other factors, the car isn't a whole lot louder than stock.

From: We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?
my exhast that is in pieces right now because i am haveing it stiched together is a RB header into a Thrush glass pack then into a Apexi N! muffler angeled down and out like a supra. Havnt had neproblems blowing it out and it last through my hard runs on it everyday. Sounds really good about 5k and isnt as loud as you would think. The glass pack acts as a presilencer and takes away that very annoying metal sound As soon as I get it back on the road Ill take a clip of it running.
