msd 6al hooked up

the msd6al works like an igniter fireing the two coils that feed the leading plugs
took a while to work out the issues but i got it to work

im not sure yet the car has no exhaust so im not gonna drive it untill next week 2 borlas and 2 1/2" pipe is going on

are you running your trailing is it really needed? i might put it on eventually anyway.

i had the same setup a little while back plus another blaster coil on the trailing ignition running through the cap. since then ive dropped the leading direct fire setup and just ran the 6AL through the cap w/ no noticable difference. ide still suggest running the trailing ignition, itll have a smoother idle plus trailing vs no trailing will change the idle speed by a couple hundred rpms

as soon as i finish my turbo project, ill be running a MSD6BTM w/ direct fire again on leading, and use my 6AL for the trailing side through the cap

Im running x2 msd 6al's with x2 blaster 3 coils with modification to the igniters...run really well

I left my trailing stock I didnt find any diffrence hooking a msd to the trailing
