passengers door seal

I have a 82 rx7 and it has been sittin in my driveway for quite a while now. and everytime it rains the passengers footwell gets soaking. im talkin like, a small puddle.
i was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and/or if they know what it is? i think it might be the door seals?
cheers.

if its been sitting up take off the center cowl panel [behind hood where wiper motor is housed] you will probably find a build up of leaves or a rats nest which wont allow this area to drain. good luck

well..if it was your door seal...your passenger door would also have like so evidence of water on it...and there is a thread about where to get door seals.

wont be the door seals because i had that problem and the only time the water went inside was when i washed the car and hit the window with the power washer. any way there is a gutter running along the roof and that will keep rain water from entering. i think the cowl idea must be right.
