Moroso Blue Max plug wires SUCK

Just under two years ago, I installed a direct fire setup on my 85 using an MSD 6AL... I had to custom make the plug wires, so I bought a Moroso BlueMax kit. Well, here we are in the end of December, it's 30 degrees outside, and my car is sputtering, popping, and generally falling on it's face... New cap and rotor, new plugs, good coils.... BAD WIRES!!!!! GRRRR...... MSD wires have now been ordered....

stock NGK's work pretty well in conjunction w/ d-fire, as well as the magnecore wires.

I've got some new NGKs on the REPU. It runs great in cold and wet weather. Maybe I shouldn't call them new since they were installed in '02, but they're still in great shape.

Thanks for the info--I keep an eye out for that. I got the same wires now 1 year old and still no problems. Are you sure it's the wires? Usually wires won't go bad that quickly.

Oh yea, if they go out I still got four more wires from the V-8 kit I got them in.
