what horse power can I expect from a mild street port? What hp can I expect with a mild street port , exhaust and intake mods done? Just woundering I guess what the patential of a first gen with the mild port and all the upgrades I can do to it would turn in hp numbers. thanks! ohh by the way its an 83 12a

yeah I've seen that before but it doesn't tell you what you have to do exactly to achieve the 200hp goal. If you know and could tell it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!!

why not go for the gusto? it should be just as much for the large port. hell, send 'em to me and i'll port them for $100.00 but you pay for shipping both ways

Id venture to guess around 200+ HP. 150 seems to be the limit with the stock ports, so 200+ with proper intake and exhaust seems logical to me.

ok that sounds good just need to know what to do to get me there. I thought I didn't have to change the carb till after 200hp? now call me dumb but I've had alot of first gens just all gsl-se's so I don't know a thing about carbs. When i put on the exhaust and whatever else I have to do to get it to the 200hp goal will it start messing with idle or anything? do I need a nother carb I guess is what I'm asking? Thanks
