OH OH OH ! Another funny thing ... How people who "think " they know bout sevens react when you tell them you got a 7 .. They're always like . yeah .. that's a 1.3 litre 2cyl eh ? ummm ... no I got a 1.1L with 2 rotors ... Then they go .. 1.1L ? what ? huh ? how's that possible . then you see them asing themselfes .. I always though it was a 1.3L .. omg, lol
then to further screw them you go:" yeah it's the carburated version ... WHAT ?? CARB ON THAT ? they didn't come stock with those did they ?
MOUHAHA !

love the braaaap
Cody, I am well aware of that. I know the S2000 used a 2.0L engine which is replaced by a 2.2l engine this year. I was stating the new HP/L of the S2000, which is 110hp/l. The 2.0L engine had 120hp/l. They did that to help increase the torque.

Cody I read your post and you said "first there is no such thing as a B16SIR2" well there is. The B16SIR2 is a JDM B16 that put out 170hp instead of the american B16 that put out 160hp. I think you should brush up on honda specs. before you post. I can give you many web pages on the B16 SIR 2.

By the way here is the web page check http://www.naganojapanese.com/ and search the honda motors.First click "shop jdm engine" then click on "engines" then click on "veiw all honda specs".Now scroll down to the Civic EG and EK series and there it is the SIR II B16.I don't like it when people try to make me look stupid so I thought I would correct you.

the b16a2 as it is really called makes 170 and the american honda civic si has the b16a with 160. Now don't confuse these with the b16B with makes 185, that engine comes stock in the 96-2000 Type R. A lot of the Hondas out there go Turbo for one reason. And thats lack of turque, unless they own a ZC engine which does has quite good torque, somewhere around 160 and 140. Damn I don't want to go on about this. But anyhoo! Don't forget about the integra motors which are pretty fast if modded right. I like to mess with the ricers down here like the preludes. Now truthfully guys I don't know why, but no one and I mean no one will really mess with me, not even the stangs. I once did go into the car show in my town and a lot of people were like "what kind of engine is that." Was very funny. Then I rev it up to about 8K and the sh*t talkers shut up.

there was a SiR in 92-95 which had the America 2000 Honda Civic Si engine in it. In the 96-2000 Honda Civic SiR they were givin the name b16a2 cause they made more pwoer and were in a later year. Kinda like a 13B 4-port and a 13B 6-port. Same Name, but different internals. Understand now?

I think it perfectly legitimate to educate people about anything they post, including Hondas. You people bitch about no one understanding rotaries, but then when we try to abolish pre-concieved notions about piston engines you whine about that too? Hypocrites.

hell man my friend had a crx stripped with a b18B full exhaust, intake, 50 shot of Nitrous(direct port). That thing was fast, beat integra type r without spraying. But hell all my friends said he would have to spray to keep up with me lol. But I give hondas proper appreciation when needed.

It's like anyone in a honda forum talkin about how much the 240sx/silvia sucks, people hate what they don't understand, most people don't have any curiosity about cars, I started on rexes because pistons were to comonplace, but still respect properly built cars. the majority of hondas will never post good times, but that makes the ones that do effectively sleepers
