lsd project please help???

please help me.

i own a 1981 rx7 that has been running on a bad OPEN diff for over 4 years.i decided to finally fix this and went to the junk yard to pick one up.to my surprise i found a 1984 with rear disks and LSD.i was able to remove it completely with almost new tokiko shock absorbers all for 110 dollars.today i removed all of my rear suspension along with diff, everything seems that will work ,

EXCEPT THAT THIS DIFF HAS A DIFFERENT BOLT PATTERN ON THE DIFFS FLANGE.4 BOLT BUT WILL NOT MATCH MY DRIVESHAFTS BOLT PATTERN?WHAT CAN I DO???
IM DONE FOR THE DAY,I GOT TIRED OF WORKING ON THE CAR.WILL THIS HAVE DIFFERENT RIM SIZE??4 X 110 IS WHAT IM RUNNING....

go back and get the driveshaft out of the same car. the bolt pattern on the pinion flange was changed in 83 or so.

Same Gear Ratio. A/T or Manual Trans.

Youll need a manual driveshaft. Or you can swap over the yokes. But be forewarned, I dont reccomend this, although many others have done it without any problems.

Flange is different, so is rim bolt pattern, and I think that the brake line thread is different.

I don't think GSL-SE's came with automatics.

So assuming it was a GSL automatic than you still have the 4x110 wheel bolt pattern. The brake lines will work just fine. All you need as already mentioned is the driveshaft. You did get the e-brake cables with your rearend right?
