Lowered ? Hell, I get mine any lower and I'll have to rent a place to drive it. I already approach all curbed entrances at a 45 degree angle. And speed bumps ought to be outlawed.

sometimes you think they're lowered but they've actually got too big of wheels and tires shoved up in the fenders and wearing **** out.

The most i have ever seen a street bound 7 lowered is an inch. No more. Any more than that and you start to have major problems with things scraping. heck, at stock ride height with stock springs, my car would smash the front sub frame on a curb if I jumped it by accident going out of a driveway.

My serious advice about lowering: If you're gonna put a front bumper/airdam on it, do that first, because they won't take lowering. The extended nose changes the angle of the dangle making lowering foolhardy. And ramps ? forget it.

I raised my rear 1" with wheel / tire height so I got a great rake angle.

i had an 85 gs that i cut the springs on, and it sat so low that the shocks had NO travel...NONE at all...i drove the car like that for about 30,000 kms believe it or not.

it looked sweet, but rode like a golf cart

ahhh, that car was fun...those were the days

Here are a few views:

I used Racing Beat springs w/ Tokiko shocks. Lowered the car about an inch. But if you want performance, look at sways. As you can see, I used RB sways. Made all the difference.

here's mine I got the tockico illuminas with racingbeat springs. I love it and how it handles. I got the front and rear sway bars from racing beat as well. It handles like a dream. check it.

Here are a couple more shots.

Car is lowered 1inch, 16 inch Simmons F90's 225/35 rear, 205/45 front.
