Cheapest way, let the air outta the tires. Kinda makes driving it a bitch, but costs nothing.
Best way, is get some new springs designed for the job. Many choices to choose from. RB, Eibach, ST, Intrax to name a few.

You can also cut the springs but your ride woould be horrible

lowering cheap is easy! Yank out everything and tuck the wheels back under.

as for brakes, what you want? rotors or pads or both? or a big brake kit? what do you have now, 12a or 13b suspension? helps us, help you.

Eibach makes rear springs for our cars, the coilover springs by Eibach are for whatever application you want.
