I'd be interested in hearing opinions on swapping an S5, turbo or n/a, into a 1st gen... especially from anyone having direct experience. Not so much on the swap itself, but I'd like to know if you think it was worth the time/effort involved. Did you get the performance increase you were expecting? Do you think I'd be better staying with the original engine and just adding a turbo/porting? My car is an 85 GSL-SE. I suspect the engine has a bad coolant seal. Everything else is good to my knowledge.
