Well, having gone through this search myself, i'll give you the shortcut. Get some ARP studs for the 4th Gen Camaro, they will fit perfect and are definitely longer...part nos:
Late GM Camaro, Firebird, Corvette .509 Length=2.500 M12 x 1.5 Part#100-7708
Late GM Camaro, Firebird, Corvette .509 Length=3.250 M12 x 1.5 Part#100-7713
I went with 7708 (2.5" length) I'm pretty sure. But they do press into the hubs without issue.

The 2.5-in stud is the right call. You can also get Moser 2.5s from Summit Racing. I've got some thick-flange wheels that didn't allow the studs to stick through so I could start the nuts before getting them in the bores - the Mosers are perfect.
BTW, you don't even have to remove the hubs or rotors, just remove the caliper, turn each stud to the caliper's location, and bang it with a sledge. Pull the new one in with an open lug nut, and it's a super-easy job.
