iridium plugs.

Has anyone used the Iridium racing spark plugs?

I'm using them right now ... don't really feel much of power difference but the car does start up quite a bit easier.

I used them in my Se once and there was a power loss and it did not idle well. That was when I still had the stock coils.

Thanks guys. With the 2GDFIS I'm assuming it would be a waste of money to put 4 of these in. The trailing side really wouldn't benefit from such a plug. I think I'm just gonna put 2 in on the leading side and leave the trainling side stock. What do you guys think?

Yeah the Iridium plugs are all made for direct-fire ignition systems, so since you have 2gdfis you'll be good to put them in the leading and leave stockers in the trailing. On a stock distributor-coil setup though they wouldn't work very well I'd imagine.

Did you mean to say that you are using second gen plugs in both the leading and trailing? Or are you running a megasquirt and running the the CAS and 2nd gen coils?
