Lightbulb Interesting Discovery

This past weekend me and 2 other forum members got together and found out something interesting. We found out that none of us like professional sports. No football, basketball, soccer, baseball...etc...etc...

I wonder if this is coincidence or fact among 1st gen 7 owners...

Yup, I can't stand professional sports..... never did and never will. My wife lists my distaste for professional sports as one of the 10 best things she likes about me.

I do however I enjoy the heck out of watching my daughters play soccer and softball.

One more catagory in your poll..I dont feel obsessed about them..I can talk sports, don't feel left out when others are talking sports and I'm not able to participate with my general knowledge, but dont turn games on and never misss it when i miss them.

So maybe take sports it or leave it (check)

would you consider F1, le mans, and FIA world rally a sport?

I love watching hockey/tennis/basketball/football, i could do without basebal though. It does get frustrating when the greedy bastards won't play unless they get paid another million a year....*******s.

I thought I was the only warm blooded male not liking sports.

Judging from the poll, most of us (including me) don't like watching sports. I rather play sports, work on the car or sleep!

Stick and ball sports don't interest me at all. I like dirt bikes, cars, computer stuff, and reading. I catch WRC, F1, etc on Speed and that's about it. I do like watching my wife and daughter ice skate, though.

I don't care for professional sports either. Maybe there is something to it?

I don't follow the 'stick and ball' sports at all. I ride dirt bikes, work on my cars, autocross my RX7, tinker with computers (I'm a computer novice!) and read. I do like watching my wife and daughter ice skate, though.

I like watching the v8 Supercars we have over here. Ford vs Holden battle is great to watch. F1 is good. I like all motor racing in general.

I like football (oblong variety, not soccer) a ton. The other sports have lost my interest completely because I stopped paying much attention to them.

Though I guess when the Bucs started winning, it made listening to the ENTIRE game at work more bearable. We used to listen until about the time they are hopelessly losing, then turn it back to rock (;

sports on T.V, to me, is the biggest waste of time ever.

Unless the home team is playing in the championship and i couldnt afford tickets to go see it....

I dont watch sports except golf, because its green and nice somewhere in the winter, I build and shoot flintlock rifles, not much of a spectator sport.

I feel left out when people talk sports (and like it that way), sports being football, baseball etc, all the major sports. I do love FIA world rally and try to follow that as closely as possible, D1GP too, I follow that pretty closely. But both of those are "cult" sports here in the US, so i don't consider them in the same category as football etc.
