Me? I dont know who made it or what it came from. Just that it came with the Sigma kit when I bought it. So, I would have to guess Sigma=Blitz way way back in the day. It might be for sale in about 4-5 monthes.

looks like the old blitz model for the DR30 skyline about an 83~87 model they are about that size, and have both outlet going over to one side. matter of fact if you were to mount that one upside down from the way it is in the photo, it would be the spitting image of one of them.
