"Stewardess, I speak Jive".
I think he's asking what he needs to jack outta a junk FC for an intake swap into a -SE 13B.
Max's answer is superior.
Gregs, get something cooler to use. Something like a quote from Samuel L. Jackson's character in Pulp Fiction: "English, mother______! Do you speak it?"

Take the LIM/UIM complete with t/body and plenum. Get the air intake hose from the t/body to the AFM. If you can get the AFM for cheap take that even though you wont be using it on the SE. You can always sell it. rx7doctor
I've done this conversion but I used an S5 manifold. You need the upper, middle, and lower intake manifolds, throttlebody, fuel rails (both of them), and the intake pipe from the afm to the tb. The tps on the S4 is the same one as the GSL-SE so it plugs right up. You will need to change the GSL-SE fuel rail and substitute it with the S4 primary rail. The SE rail will not fit underneath the S4 intake manifold. You also need to keep the secondary fuel injectors and fuel rail hooked up to this. You just don't have any plugs so the secondary injectors are just there to plug holes. If you intend to keep emissions controls, you will also need the vacuum rack since the GSL-SE rack does not fit under the S4 intake manifold. I would find a way to keep all of your stuff working but just relocate it a little. Unlike the 2nd gens, the GSL-SE ecu needs some of that small stuff to keep the car running properly. You will also need to do some custom work to the intake pipe. The GSL-SE pipe does not bolt up to the 2nd gen throttlebody and the 2nd gen pipe is too large in diameter to fit onto the SE afm. Get creative here. Your throttle cable will work fine.
It isn't a hard conversion but it isn't as straight forward as you might think it is. I never had my car running perfectly after the swap but I changed to a standalone ecu a month later anyways so it didn't matter. Good luck.

rod unless you are doing premix. There are modifications of the small coolant hoses from the back of the motor that goes to the thermowax valve. The most important thing on the conversion is the blocking off of the exhaust passage on the side of the motor that feeds to the ACV. Use foil paper and use either jb weld
or an exhaust sealer to fill the remaining gap or you will have a loud exhaust leak there. Recommend the exhaust sealer over the jb weld. rx7doctor

manifold. As you know the S4 and S5 are completley different.
You are corect if using the S5 sytem because it has short runners on it and fits totally different. rx7doctor
