Im Back!!!!!!!!
I AM BACK DAMMIT!!!!!!!!
After a long absence and the remodeling of the NYC skyline by a group who shall remain unammed I have finally gotten back to my car!!!
Well for those of you who remeber me I and my Yellow Rx-7... I finally got her goin again and she threw a seal AGAIN!!! Bad rebuild.... (lesson: If its CHEAP its for a reason). So Im gonna do my own!!!
I acquired some ported housings at a VERY GOOD PRICE from a fellow Rotary enthusiast and Im gonna clean them up and put it all together!!!!
Now my questions are....
Is it really important for the ports to match each other exactly? If so... where can I get Porting templates (if they exist) really quickly?
How large can a streetport go before affecting the engine in a bad way or before having to go to a Bridge Port for more power?
Would it make send to just open a hole over the larger port rather than go to a full sized bridge?
Attached are pics of my new housings....

Oh man thanks a million dude!!!
Now that raises the question..... is it mandatory to go full length with that secondary port? Cause I was thinkin of doin a small secondary port, I dont want to have to worry about the bridge cracking on me or anything like that. Ive been throug 3 motors in less than 9 months!!!!

BTW does anyone have any info on opening up a smaller port just above the main port?? Not a full length bridge port just an extra hole up there for just a little more air in there.....
