I Ordered my Exhaust!!!!

Yay, i ordered the Racing beat full exhaust system for my car, and i made a note that the motor is a 1983, in case there is a difference with the header ( no extra exhaust ports for the thermal reactor). The exhaust now is nothing but holes and leaks (save for the connecting pipe), and is loud as hell because of it... and its NOT a good loud, its a horrid loud.

so within the next few weeks, i'll be installing the exhaust and the 48dhla. w00t

then i'll finally be able to drive the car.

i can NOT wait!

yeah, i need it.

so tomorrow is the fun part, i get to finish off all my coolant hoses and ****, and try getting the carb off, and then the intake off in prep for the DellOrto on Tuesday.

mind you i have to do this with the thermal reactor on, here's a question, should i just take off the thermal reactor once i have the inake off, and sacrifice driving the car until the exhaust gets here, or will it be complete and utter hell to get that ****** off once the Racing beat intake is on as well?

Take them both off and wait for everything to arrive.

allright, i'll do that tomorrow.

today i got all my coolant hoses figured out, all of them are new except for 2 (one heatercore line, and the one from the block to the water-oil cooler, cause you cant bend normal hose like that).

so now i'm ready to take the carb-intake-thermal reactor off, and my carb will be here tomorrow. Next question, can i put the new carb and intake on the car without the exhaust, or will i be making things harder for myself that way? I dont see putting the header on to be that much of an issue with the intake on, or is it?
