I need new fenders

I had someone smash my drivers side fender and I can’t seem to find any that look like they’re in good quality and don’t cost an arm and a leg can anyone point me in the right direction?

Go on the classifieds section here and look for someone parting out a car. Or post a wanted ad.

Or go on epay. Always junkyards parting out rx7's there.

For something like fenders I would go to your nearest Mazda dealer if you are buying new. The fenders would be shipped to the dealer and in turn would be shipped to you. with you footing the bill from the dealer to your home. Seems the cheapest way would be to pick up at the dealer. A quick search has the fenders from the dealer at about $120-140.

i bought 2 of the last three last year, and then they got 14 more, so it looks like these are still being made, which seems pretty incredible. boxes are fresh too

I got one for about $150 delivered straight to my local mazda dealer 2 years ago. That's a steal. It's possible it's gone out of stock since but I'd call a few dealers and give the exact part number

Edit: I see some listed as available, such as at Jim Ellis Mazda (they sell online a lot). Due to shipping cost I highly recommend pickup at your local dealer. Just call them and order it

FB fenders have never been hard to get, SA fenders are in fact NLA and cost an arm and a leg. Some on here sold two new ones 3 years ago, they fell into my hands 175$ more expensive and 500 miles away from where he was. this leads me to believe not only are they NLA but incredibly rare unless you take them off a SA . IF you need a right side fender PM me.

Tasca is a great place for parts. I use them for my F150. They have good prices on many things.

I wonder if anyone could be bothered to make some fiberglass molds of SA fenders? I'd be down for a set for incidentals.

I have found hoods.. don't know anything about quality or anything like that..

And apparently there are duraflex ones and I believe another one but it may also be duraflex. The one above is what I've had my eye on.

Thank you Yeti! I looked for a year and could only find Mariah which was closed due to his passing (RIP) and some Aussie makers (shipping $$$).

Looks like these guys bought the rights to the Mariah stuff. Thanks again.

If you get one I'd love to get a review on it. I don't really need one but my hood does have the rust bubbles from the glue. I'm sure it'd probably be near a wash repairing vs replacing with fibreglass. I do have the hood prop that is on the right side and in the hood so I'd need to modify it.. so maybe not so much a wash afterall.
