I got the rats nest blues

Years ago I installed an aftermarket turbocharger on my 79 SA which required the removal of the air pump, air control valve and #2 anti-afterburn.valve. Capping some vacuum lines and rerouting others. I have recently removed the air compressor hoses and belts don’t use it don’t want it in. Many of the vacuum lines are now rotting I will replace the ones I need but I want to remove the rats nest my question is can I cap the throttle opener and is only used for the AC?, Can I remove the coasting valve? What is it used for and do I simply plug the line on the intake manifold where it came from any help would greatly appreciated I have read the tutorial several times but this part seems unclear.

when u take of your rats nest all u need to keep is the purge valve and the vacuum advance lines (well the vacuum advance isnt 100% needed but its better with it IMO) unless u have air conditioning, which you do, so u need to look at the tutorial part about the a/c solenoid cause i didnt read that part cause i dont have a/c. actually i didnt really didnt follow the tutorial i just quickly read over it and then ripped of the rats nest, reconnected the purge valve and vacuum adv lines using the vacuum hose diagram on my hood and then capped off everything else and it seems to work fine...it actually idles a little better now. so just keep the purge valve, a/c solenoid, and the vacuum adv lines if you want.
