Exclamation I broke something on my car?

I found out what it was but I cant find a replacement part.

relief solenoid valve (Blue)

What does it do ?

Do I need it?

If it not to much to ask could someone point me in the right direction for the right correction or part?

He's talking about the blue-tagged solenoid valve on the rat's nest.

It's part of the secondary air control subsystem within the emissions system.
