I assume that SA and FB front side lights are they same?
Just an little question, been looking for a half hour in posts.
Are the side light markers the same?

I'm pretty sure they aren't as I used to have an 85 and now have a 79 and ended up going on ebay to get some non-cracked side markers even though 1/2 my 85 is in my basment.

Well I just look on blackdragonauto.com and they have different front fender for the years so your right I guess

i have teh FB ones off the at at the moment. i held them next to the SA ones. i think the SA ones are slightly smaller. i still think theyd work, but im not sure.
if you look at this page you can see an SA fender without the light:

to me it looks like the whole is the same size as the FB fender. i think theyll work but im not sure.

What you can do is shave the edge off. just don't go to deep and the can use the 85's on the 79's. I used the bench grinder to do this. just do it slow....and don't burn the plastic.
