My God man!!! do not sell that car. You will kick yourself.

I'm sure you have some body parts you don't use much.

Maybe autotrader, autos.msn.com, craigs list, rx7club.com (hehe)... Couldn't tell you what to ask for it though.

I really hate to say this, but you would get more out of the by parting it, then less than half of what you've put into it. You have a long, hard time finding some to pay what it's worth. Beautiful car and workmanship.

I strongly encourage you to keep the car and find some other way to finance the education.

Very nice car but I have no clue how to price it.

Ask CodeBlue what they paid for the Iotus car, and that will give you a base of what your is worth.

id say youd be happy getting $10K, but i doubt youll find someone who will purchase it for that price. its a beautiful car and just think about all the time, effort and money youve put into this thing. if you do sale it youll definately regret it. think about it like this, ok, you may be able to get AROUND(more than likely less) $10K for it now, or you can hold on to it till you get older and sale it. at that time itll go for WAY more and heck you could make a nice downpayment on a house or something.

how much are you looking at needing for education? if you dont mind me asking?

like trochoid said, youll get more if you part it, but thats something i would hope you wouldnt do.

i too have a project 7 i have thousands upon thousands in and im going to start school in the fall. if i sold the car id be home free, but id rather work my job i hate until i leave so i can keep the rx7 and all my other automobiles/motorcycles. if you get a decent job and manage your money it would be easy to keep the car and go to school. unless your looking at an outrageous price for school.

with all that said, i have one more thing, your schooling is WWAAYY more important than this car. if it comes down to it and you have to sale the car, do so. after you got finished with school and started with your life then you could just start a new 7 and make it even better *cough* 20B *cough*

thats my .02

You're going to be hard-pressed to find any buyers willing to go past $8500 regarding sale of the entire car intact. You'll def get more parting it out. The market just isn't there for modded RX-7s yet. The halo effect of the RX-8 has yet to materialize as hoped.
