your best bet is racing beat
now for your question
you need a holley maifold to get it to fit on the motor... you can premix and not worry about the oil metering.. or there is a nipple that goes into the site hole on the side of the carb that the oil pumps into

no you only would drill out the metering blocks if he need extra fuel like bridgie on boost or nos. That 650 will be fine. pm i will help you out and show you up close pics of my carb that is identicle to yours. The tunning is very easy and simple.
Like i said why spend all that money on the same carb that racing beat and mazda trix sell for almost three times the amount instead of getting the carb through say jegs or summit.
To get the oil to feed to the carb run a one inch spacer between the intake mani and the carb. It should be the spacer that comes with an npt hole. Got to home depot get the nipple screw it in run the lines and your good. Open the oil metering pump all the way with a zip tie or a hanger so that the oil metering is always on. Through the sucktion of the carb when on the gas or at idle the oil will be fed to the carb and into the block. You don't really have to pre-mix but it's always good to to do the little extra things.;

That's gigantic. No way would I run that unless I had a bridgeport motor or lots of boost. If you don't, I wouldn't bother with it.
Uh, maybe because they aren't the same carb? The Racing Beat ones have been pre-tuned to work well on rotaries and have some extra goodies like center-pivot floats and rotary throttle cable plate. Not saying they aren't overpriced, but it isn't quite the same thing.

Right, which is why I said they're not the same as the off-the-shelf ones. They are quite overpriced, and you can do the mods yourself to make your own "Racing Beat style" carb, but you can't just go buy one from Summit and expect it to work as well as the Racing Beat one without doing modifications.
