lol get a racing beat carb.. unless you know the ins and outs of a holley(a wide band helps to) you have to drill out the metering blocks and lots more stuff that im sure you dont know or you wouldint have asked in the 1st place

your best bet is racing beat

now for your question

you need a holley maifold to get it to fit on the motor... you can premix and not worry about the oil metering.. or there is a nipple that goes into the site hole on the side of the carb that the oil pumps into

no you only would drill out the metering blocks if he need extra fuel like bridgie on boost or nos. That 650 will be fine. pm i will help you out and show you up close pics of my carb that is identicle to yours. The tunning is very easy and simple.

Like i said why spend all that money on the same carb that racing beat and mazda trix sell for almost three times the amount instead of getting the carb through say jegs or summit.

To get the oil to feed to the carb run a one inch spacer between the intake mani and the carb. It should be the spacer that comes with an npt hole. Got to home depot get the nipple screw it in run the lines and your good. Open the oil metering pump all the way with a zip tie or a hanger so that the oil metering is always on. Through the sucktion of the carb when on the gas or at idle the oil will be fed to the carb and into the block. You don't really have to pre-mix but it's always good to to do the little extra things.;

you have to drill out the idle serkets.. to get the car to idle right caz how much fule rotorys use and to get rid of the dead spot from idle to wot..also he will need to get a pink cam, adj air bleeds, diff squters and bla bla bla .... im not saying ppl shouldint build there own carbs.. just if ppl have to ask then it is probley over there head and it is much ez'er for them to buy a carb that will run out right.. be sides a 650 is to big for a stock port 12a.. you can get them to work but its to big

just my 2 cents

That's gigantic. No way would I run that unless I had a bridgeport motor or lots of boost. If you don't, I wouldn't bother with it.

Uh, maybe because they aren't the same carb? The Racing Beat ones have been pre-tuned to work well on rotaries and have some extra goodies like center-pivot floats and rotary throttle cable plate. Not saying they aren't overpriced, but it isn't quite the same thing.

truth be told it is just a off road 4x4 carb that has the mods i said up above done to it...center-pivot thats the off road part of the carb.. the throttle cable plate is just a bracket that any1 could make...

and they are super over priced the 460 carb they sell is marked up $250+ and it dosint have anything magical done to it.. just diff cam ports drilled bigger diff air bleeds and bla bla bla

Right, which is why I said they're not the same as the off-the-shelf ones. They are quite overpriced, and you can do the mods yourself to make your own "Racing Beat style" carb, but you can't just go buy one from Summit and expect it to work as well as the Racing Beat one without doing modifications.
