How to get rid of that vacuum line rats nest?

How to get rid of that vacuum line rats nest?

I want to simplify my 12a as much as possible and getting rid of all those vacuum lines and the egr **** is where im going to start.

So, how do i go about doing this? Where do i start etc.. i have been told there is a how to page somewhere but i can't find it.

And notice the part about how your gas mileage is going to drop significantly when you remove the nest, without any improvement in performance but an increase in emissions.
