Redline, going 13BT adds 100% power. to keep the wheels on the road you have to upgrade the handling to s5 standards.
I suggest a package of stiffer front swaybar, poly bushes, lowered suspension with stiffer coils and better shocks. Wider tires with larger wheels will help while look at the options for brake improvements.
