My dad bought my car some 15 years ago. Put tons of time and money into, and now, he has passed it on to me. It was his daily driver for 13 years; so, sure it has a lot of miles, but it is still running pretty well. Plus, I just got my new speakers in today. Brand new CDT component set. 4" for up front and 6.5" for the rears, and I already have my 8" Kicker L7. I can't wait to install it all. But, now I need to start saving again to get another body kit.

Hi there!
Got my first Rx from my friend I borrowed it to go to work one day as my car had broken down.
After 2 seconds driving this car i was in love!!
Then a funny thing happend it started coughing and spluttering and on later inspection at my place it had droped an apex seal on the rear rotor.Oooops.
Then I brought it off him and have not looked back just started restoring now.

a good friend of mine was about to sell his modded fc (435@ the wheels) thinking it had a major issue... starts and dies starts and dies.... was a bad gas guage... it showed over 1/4 tank still and if i wouldnt have been under the hood for an hour and finally grabed the fuel line and felt it pulse wit hfuel and then stop i wouldnt have thought about it being out of fuel..... I saw mine on the side of the road near my house...broken down
I left a note on the window mentioning I was interested in the car depending on what was wrong and what they were asking for it. About a week later I got a call while at the grocery store. Turns out it was owned by a stripper. She said she was driving on the parkway and it just quit on her. It had done it a few times. I figured it was just in need of a carb rebuild. She sold it to me for $400. It's an 85 gsl, black, with 147k on the clock. It's currently gutted and getting ready for the peripheral port 12a I am in the process of slapping together (with the help of a friend and a machine shop!)

Saw mine sitting in a driveway, looked horrible , 85GS but only 65K honest. It had been pranged and repaired but salvage title scared people away, Asked how much? he said make me a dumb offer , I said 300, He said 900, I said five , he said you got it. the second 85S was 500 no haggeling. the RX three cost me an antique chair from a victorian ***** house. HEHEHE

well my first one was an 79 and this guys nephue came down for the weekend and he said he had a 1st gen rx7 iwas like cool i want to see it. the next day he came over and i asked him what was it, i never seen a car like that one. a day later i swaped my nice 250 big red 3wheeler for it. it was in good shape becides the dents on the passenger side rear. it grew on me then i saw a charcoal colored 83 gsl for $1000 bucks and i bought it for $550. found out that the lady who owned it went to highschool with my parents. so i got the better deal.

Got drunk, woke up and found out that I bought it for $900. Not bad for an 83 LE with 137k miles on it. No rust, and all new parts from napa.
