Housing any Good? Can it be saved?

Have some corrosion in one of my housings. It is not through to the combustion chamber yet, but if I reuse it as is, I think it will eventually get there. Can this be tig welded to add some aluminum in this area?

i wouldnt use it, hell no. but with the proper coolant mix id bet you could go a few thousand miles before any issues

A brass or nylon wire brush then brake cleaner.
