Other than some wildly overpriced used ones one ebay, I haven't seen them.
The best place I just checked (Phils Rotory on eBay Australia), doesn't seem to have them but has a lot of other small rubber detail parts. Like the pair of rubber bumpers for the fuel door lid!
Blackdragon went out of business a while ago. Hopefully as the FB becomes more desirable, some more places start making restoration type parts.

Good to know! I also need that little clip the latch hits on the fuel door.
lots of little parts..those seem to be the biggest challenges.

3D Printed
Funny enough I have 3D printed ones on my car presently that I was testing. Wasn't happy enough with them to offer for sale but maybe if there's interest I'll look into it again. The issue I was running into was finding a soft enough material so that it wouldn't wrinkle when compressed over a long period of time.
Other than the wrinkles they do work, I just don't think they look particularly nice. For context that was using an 85A TPU and I think a 60-65A might have a chance at doing well, otherwise urethane casting might be the best option.

little clip the latch hits on the fuel door -----> make your own ?
