135 in my 1982 12a following a 911 w/ radar. We both blew by a sabb 9000 turbo. Minutes later the sabb blows by both of us. The 911 took off. I was already at max speed and my water pump took a dump. I put it in neutral and coasted for a couple of miles before I put it back in 5th. The noise of the water pump was nasty but I made it home. Next day I went to a local junkyard and pick up a water pump for 10 bucks.

I couldn't get my stock '84 12a to go over 100 mph, I tried, but she wouldn't do it. (not even redlining in 4th) (straight road, clear day, no traffic, she just wouldn't go) Any Ideas? I replaced the air and fuel filters, changed the oil, carb seems to be running a little rough, would that bogg me down???

replace the stock cats w/ rotary preformance replacement pipe about $75-100. Wrap it with header wrap because it will sound like a modified chainsaw.
