Hey Got a Question
Hey So i'm thinking about buying a new suspension system/ Exhaust system from Racing Beat, From the re-search I've been doing their customer service is excellent. I was wondering what kind of payment do they take? Would they take a pre-paid credit card? I've very bad with ordering stuff online, and I really need some help, lol. Sorry about the terrible question, but I thought i'd better find out before I make any plans.

They're awesome.
Since you're buying from Canada, I'd highly recommend just calling them and placing the order over the phone. It's always better to have that little human interaction when ordering accross the border because it's more likely to go smoothly that way in my experience.
Shipping into Canada is always a bit of a bitch. If they ship UPS, UPS will ream you for as much as they possibly can in "Brokerage Fees". For example, my $100USD fuel level sender from Mazdatrix cost me $40 CDN in "Brokerage Fees", plus the 15% GST/PST, plus the price of shipping. I paid more to get it here than I paid for the actual item!
US Postal Service (USPS) is slower, and doesn't insure packages, but doesn't gouge you with brokerage fees either. Some companies will not ship that way because of lack of tracking and insurance. It's a calculated risk, but could save you some major cash and headaches.
If they can FedEx it, I've had pretty good luck with them. They aren't nearly as bad as UPS.
But yeah, RB themselves are an awesome company. If they give you any troubles though, Mazdatrix is an RB Reseller, so you can get your stuff through them as well. Mazdatrix bent over backwards for me in terms of customer service, so I also highly recommend them.

Another thing my be worth a try ... I know that Mazdees (http://www.goodmedia.com/mazdees/) can get their stuff in, it might be cheaper if he's getting them in without paying brokage fees and stuff. Just an idea.

Ive ordered back-to-back from Mazdatrix and RB in the past, and RB took three times as long to ship......and Im only 500 miles from them!!
Once in a while,Ill get a kid answer the phone at Mazdatrix, but usually they are very good with customer service.Ive been to their place in Signal Hill a few times when my S5 engine was being built. They have a lot of cool stuff, including almost every RB product made,in stock upstairs. They also have some very knowledgable staff......its just sometimes you get a newb, on the first time-'round.

I spent $600USD on parts from them(full suspension, a few misc parts) wound up spending another $140CAD to UPS. There are two shops in Canada that I know of (listed on their dealers page). Probably cheaper for to get the parts through one of them, if your close enough. Jim langer (RB tech support) was very helpful when I was having a hard time with my rear anti roll bar. My parts were here in decent time. If you get the anti roll bars, 4 of the 8 endlink bushings for each end need to have the extended piece cut off, because the stock mounting positions weren't designed to use them. Otherwise it all bolts up nicely.
